The Inn is located in a angelic countryside setting on five acres of land which has been certified as a National Wildlife Backyard Habitat, and is home to many collection of birds and wildlife. The original picturesque stone walls still divide the property into lush fields, natural marshland, and gorgeous gardens.

The Inn at Lower Farm has four spacious guestrooms with cheerful queen beds, air conditioning, and modernistic private baths. Three of the guestrooms also have a intimate sitting area with fireplace and one guestroom features a whirlpool bathtub.

Innkeepers Mary and Jon Wilska serve a full country breakfast by candlelight each morning and an informal tea featuring fresh baked cookies is presented each afternoon.
